Vittorio Iormetti, MSc

Vittorio Iormetti completed his master's with a focus on modeling and simulation of residential energy efficiency upgrades. He now works at NeoCon International as an mechanical engineer.

Mr. Iormetti started his bachelor course in 2004 at the Polytechnic of Turin and in turn proceeded with a Master of Science at the same university. His master thesis component was completed at Dalhousie University in Halifax during 2012.

His research topic is the assessment of the impacts of several residential energy efficiency retrofits as applied to the Canadian housing stock using the most recent and comprehensive residential energy and greenhouse gas emissions model. He examined changes to insulation levels, windows, thermostats, etc.

Vittorio has previously been an engineer with Maserati in Italy.
